Silverlake was amazing to work with. Brady kept me informed of all the progress and provided a very detailed report, going far above and beyond what the original issue was. They did not pressure me to get anything else, but did provide the options. They understood my need for a quick repair and squeezed me in as best they could, finishing a day earlier than quoted. Thanks to Brady and the staff at Post Falls, the stress of having a vehicle breakdown and all that goes with it was much less than it could've been. I'd give them 10 stars if Google allowed it. I booked an appointment with Brady at Silverlake Automotive in Post Falls for some work not sure if it was really a problem. After dropping off my car I received a call from Brady letting me know that the work was not needed as the specialists that looked at my car said the part replacement was not necessary and they would not do it if it was their car which speaks volumes to me. Brady and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. If honestly and integrity are as important to you as to me then absolutely bring your business here as I trust this shop completely and recommend them to anyone who is looking for trustworthy car care professionals. I got my car back with no charge and they even picked me up. Hats off to Silverlake Automotive!
