Went in for a parking brake adjustment. They let me know up front what could potentially be involved which I appreciated. Left the car with them most of a full day so they could fit it in on their schedule, they communicated with me and let me know about when they expected to have it in and be done. Parking brake adjustment went smoothly, and has never felt this secure.

I had my engine replaced at another shop and they didn’t do so well to say the least. Silver lake went through everything in great detail to determine the issue and had solutions for the issues. Communication was amazing, I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Truck is running great now!

I have to say that if they don't get it right the first time they will follow up and make it right. Hard to find nowadays!

Called because my inside door panel was broken(falling off every time I opened my door) they fixed it same day and didn’t charge me a dollar. Lady’s up front are friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated!

Easily scheduled my alignment online. Brought my auto in and waited just under an hour. Then they explained my results and I was off, much faster than I expected! Great experience
