This was our first visit to Silverlake Automotive. We were very impressed with the quality of the service . They have very friendly staff and communicated clearly to us all of the maintenance our car would need to keep it running for a long time. We can highly recommend this shop.

5 stars isn’t enough. Absolute lifesavers!!!! Roadtripping across multiple states for a wedding my truck broke down about halfway there and I found myself stranded in Post Falls. Brady and the team went above and beyond for me. They were able to squeeze me in and get my truck fixed in time for the wedding. Being stranded in Post Falls my pup and I camped out in their waiting room while the repairs were made and one of the other employees was kind enough to give my pup a new toy and a bag of treats. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks guys!

One of the most friendly and informative shops I have ever been to. They may not be the absolute least expensive but you can count on a superb job. I absolutely recommend them 150%.

I'm more than capable of fixing my own stuff but I despise electrical and diagnostic work and these are my new go to guys. They're straight forward honest and not pushy if you don't want them to do the repair. The staff is also very helpful with nothing but smiles when you walk in.

With appointment my service was completed in a timely manner. Very complete inspection of my vehicle. The only suggestion for improve would be to enter the tire pressure numbers. Thank you

Professional and friendly. Easy to make an appointment. Stellar servis. I was in and out in good time. Easy to change as well, since I got my dates wrong 🤷🏾‍♀️. Cost much less than quoted. Made an appointment for AC recharge and they took it right in and got it back to me quickly and efficiently. So chill. Accidentally left my coffee mug there when I left, and I didn’t even make it home before they called to let me know about it, will definitely be back if I need to be.
