Again, I have to shout out to the staff at Silverlake Automotive in Post Falls. Not only was I able to make an appointment online (love it!) but they were able to accommodate my need on the day that was the most convenient for me to drop my car off! My "Check engine" light came on over the weekend and my car was repaired by mid-week! Nicci advised that the car would need to remain overnight so that a thorough job could be done. Communication and great customer service is what this company is all about! There is a plaque on the wall that indicates the Code of Ethics that drives the way they do business and "customer satisfaction" is at the top of the list. I love doing business with someone who values their customers above profit!
