These people take great care of you! Photos of everything wrong with your vehicle, they even showed me in person when I asked to see the bad parts! I'll continue to go to Silver lake Automotive for sure!

I want to say that I have gone to big chain dealerships and had experiences that have scarred me for trusting people with my car. Silver Lake from day one has been nothing but a great experience. Communication, I never felt ignored. As well as follow through, when they commit they finish it. I’m a young female and I don’t know much about cars. This shop took time to educate me which I am grateful for. They won’t over sell you, and I am confident in their services. They send you the information on you car, and have a discussion about them as well which is very helpful. My whole family has gone to this shop and had great experiences as well. This was my first time but not my last time. Will be our family shop from now on for our cars
