Took the time to explain diagnosis and plan for repair. More thorough than previous shop who misdiagnosed problem. Advises strategies to save and does not double charge labor for redundant or simultaneous procedures.

Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Since I don't know a ton about cars, they were happy to explain to me the mechanics behind what was wrong with it in an easy to understand way. Their digital inspection checklist is awesome, too! Finally, I can see everything that needs to be fixed on my car in an easy-to-read checklist with descriptions and recommendations for each one.

Fast professional service. They were able to get my car in and out the same day . It was just an AC service but I would use them again.
