I came in for a oil change, the Service writer Nate was very friendly and attentive. They worked my oil change around they're busy schedule efficiently and quickly. Kudos to Jake the mechanic for getting it done so fast.

These guys know their stuff. Will and his team made us feel top priority while getting our engine replaced. Had a few hiccups (recalled parts by engine builder) but Silverlake took charge and got it all taken care of directly. Top quality work by top quality people. I would recommend them to everyone! Silverlake has worked on several of my vehicles: My 1962 Dodge Dart - Will and his awesome team have helped me get it ready for a family road trip this summer and have done amazing work. They've done work to my 2002 Avalanche...again, excellent work, no complaints. Recently they started working on my 2015 VW Passat - they've done an excellent job making sure all the work meets warranty specs. I'd recommend them without reservation.
