These folks are great. I'm in the process of purchasing a car long distance and they handled the pre-purchase inspection and even negotiated the minor repairs I needed with the dealership. Now I can feel 100% confident I'm getting a great car. Communication through this process was great. If I lived closer, they'd be my first choice.

I recently needed a wheel bearing replaced, Silverlake Automotive Post Falls got me in the next morning after calling in, even short staffed that day they got me taken care of. Not only great service, there was work that didn't have to be done and I paid under the bid! I won't go anywhere else.

Honest and Prompt! While on a cross-country road-trip with my wife, I started noticing my car would suddenly "pull" towards one side and I felt maybe there was a misalignment of some sort or some issue, unfortunately for us, we had to get back to Chicago within 2 days and were short on time. I spoke with Nate Benz, the manager and he said not a problem, he'd make time to check out my car if I could bring it in right away. I was prepared to spend $150 on whatever the results were but Nate was honest, and only charged for the inspection and let me know what the issues were and how to resolve once I arrived back in Chicago (parts needed to be ordered from GM) and let us know we were safe to drive home. It's not easy to find honest mechanics and repair shops, but I feel confident vouching for this shop and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Extremely happy with their service. They found a leak on a pump that I had installed at a dealership 1-1/2 years ago and alerted me to it. I contacted the dealership and found luckily it had a 36mo warranty and they are willing to replace it. I won't be going back to the dealership after that! Nikki is very helpful and pleasant to work with! I definitely would recommend.
