Great staff, great service and always willing to help. We are a "support your local business" family so when it comes to the family vehicle, the second most important asset you have next to your home, we wanted someone we trust to take care of our vehicles. Our research led us to Silverlake and we are glad it did. We use the Post Falls location, our experience tells us we'd get the same great care at the other two locations too.

Great customer service and fast response. Car was in, diagnosed, and fixed in a day. Reasonable prices and everything was explained to where I understood. 10 out of 10 and will bring back along with the rest of our cars.

Provided updates as the service progressed including a full service report. Very clean and professional lobby area and reception/billing staff. Like being able to leave and come back when vehicle is ready. Disinfected inside before returning vehicle to me!

I have used Silverlake for repairs on my Ford Explorer Sportrac and Chrysler Town and Country and had a great experience each time. Quick to respond, clear concise explanation and no hidden fees. Definitely recommend!

Everything was all good just like every other time!

The people were super friendly prices are either cheaper than normal or comparable. Staff is knowledgeable and things were done in a timely manner with good open communication.
