The steering went out in my SUV, I was able to drive it to the shop and they gave me and my toddler a ride home. They were able to fit the SUV into the shop the following day and get it fixed. They picked me up from my place and gave me a ride to the shop. The car steers wonderfully and runs really quiet again.

I don’t usually write reviews but our service here was so exceptional that I had to comment. We usually take our car to get serviced at the dealership and we had an issue with one of our wheel bearings. Our original quote at the dealership was extremely high and we wanted to seek out a 2nd opinion. After bringing our car here we decided to go with them & we were not disappointed. They gave us a price range and stuck to the lower end of it (even charged us less actually) and our car runs so smoothly now. They were completely up front with all costs & let us know everything that was going on along the way. I highly recommend silver lake automotive! We will be back.
