Great team. Communication with clients is excellent. They stand behind their work. Always available to answer questions and always return calls in a timely manner. Honest and thorough in their diagnostics, and very helpful to me and my family members in prioritizing work to be done when needed repairs are complicated or extensive. Everyone is very patient, even with the occasional exasperating customer. Over the last seven years we have had many vehicles with a variety of issues served by Silverlake, from a new engine to an oil change. We’ve come to look at Eric, Nicki, and the team as friends. Fair and hones, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Extremely friendly professional staff. Timely service provided as requested at a reasonable price. Additionally, I have experienced Silverlake Auto in Post Falls to be honest and fair with their repairs/service. I recently had an issue with one of my vehicles that a shop could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged for unneeded repairs. However, this particular shop took care of the issue without any unnecessary “over billing”, or taking advantage of a customer. I will continue to use Silverlake Auto in PF for our families vehicles maintenance.
