First time coming to Silverlake Automotive for a replacement new battery, they are very friendly, especially Nicci, she is very kind and always smiles even though my English is not really good hehe thank you so much

They helped me replace my own battery from Costco cause I can’t replace myself because of have pacemaker in it thanks help me!

Silverlake had done a major service on one of our older vehicles a year ago. That work was done so well that I have now changed my routine services from the dealer shops to Silverlake Auto.

These people take great care of you! Photos of everything wrong with your vehicle, they even showed me in person when I asked to see the bad parts! I'll continue to go to Silver lake Automotive for sure!
