If you want to get treated with respect and care this is the place to come period they won't take advantage of you and they'll make sure that you're safely back on the road. They understand you're in a stressful situation and try their best to make it as stress free as possible.

I have had two recent needs for service from Silverlake Auto in Post Falls. My daughter's radiator fan motor failed causing her Kia to overheat. My GMC Yukon recently needed several things done all at once (brakes front and rear, alignment and an air-conditioning service. In both instances, I could not have been more pleased. Service Manager Nate Benz personally dealt with both instances...both of which required obscure parts to be quickly located. Nate did a excellent job and was such a pleasure to deal with. It was obvious he wanted to ensure quality work was accomplished and that my expenses would be held to a minimum. He even included applicable discounts that I did not even know were available...let alone ask him for. Owner Will Sando remembered me from business conducted years ago at his Coeur d'Alene shop. As always, he is engaging, knowledgeable, pleasant and completely professional. Unless your vehicle is under warranty, you will NOT go wrong going to either Silverlake location.

They did a great job and explained any other problems I have or might have coming up . Took them less time than I thought they would take would use them again.

I left my car the night before and it was ready when I returned to pick it up. Discount for me providing my own oil and filter seriously recognizes the value of the oil and filter. I've checked with other places and they given nothing more than a token discount. I replace my oil every 3000 miles and will be going back each time.

I hate feeling sold when I visit an auto body shop. Nate at Silver Lake never did that once. He was great to work with and the work so far hasn't had an issue. He even gave me advice outside of the scope of work that directed me to a different store. That type of candid honesty will keep me a returning customer!!! Thanks!

We had a squealing noise coming from the rear of our car. We called and they said to bring right over. I got there expecting them to get it back when they could but they took it in right away. They diagnosed the problem and fixed our car back to new. The staff kept us updated through everything they had to do. The staff is super friendly and does their best to help out their customers. :) I would definitely recommend Silverlake Auto!
