Eric at Silverlake Automotive is excellent. He is respectful of the cost of repairs, gives solid advice, is proactive when he notices something is going to be needing maintenance or repair in the future. Their prices for labor and parts are very fair and you get excellent quality for your dollar. I appreciated the fact they were willing to work with me in regards to dropping car off and making it easy to pick up after hours. You are treated like a valuable customer and a friend.

I had a TPMS issue with my 2017 Equinox, they diagnosed the problem quickly. Service was quick and professional. Customer service is second to none.

Nicci and the team there at the Post Falls location are TOP notch! Great communication on every step and I loved the digital inspection where I can see what the issues are for my car. Very thorough.
