This place is AMAZING! My mother-in-law stumbled upon Silverlake when her alternator went out. She was driving our kids home from school that day. She had a fantastic experience and recommended them to us. We took our first car and have been treated like family ever since! They even ask how grandma is doing when we go in. The icing on the cake was that we dropped off our convertible fun car to get some repairs done that it had been needing for a long time, in no rush. Silverlake looked over everything, gave us an estimate and record showing what needed to be done and what could wait. Very affordable. We didn’t need the car back at any specific time. This past Friday, my husband got a voicemail that the car was done. A couple hours later, I got a call. They typically don’t call twice but the weather was going to be so nice over the weekend, they wanted to make sure we could pick it up if we wanted it. No pressure to come pick it up and pay, just consideration for the nice weather we might want to enjoy with it! Can’t say anyone else would do that! We’re highly impressed by the staff at Silverlake and take all (all 4....) our cars there!
