From the moment my car arrived to when it was time to take it home, the experience I've had here has been superb! My car broke down and I was recommended to Silverlake Auto by the serviceman sent from AAA to help me. Although I arrived just at closing time, Fred welcomed me and assured me that my car would be looked at first thing in the morning. From the digital inspection to the communication through the phone, the Silverlake Auto team is thorough and very knowledgeable. After weighing my options I decided to get my battery and alternator replaced as was the recommendation to get my car safely back on the road. I appreciate how personable every staff member was and that they all seem to enjoy their profession. Also the digital inspection in my opinion, is the best format of disseminating all related information regarding the health of your car. It is separated by sections, easy to understand, and recommendations were based upon how urgent the repair/replacement is warranted. I believe this will be my preferred shop from now on. I am thankful to this professional and respectful shop. I will be referring all my friends to go to you for work!

The service was excellent and reasonably price. I believe they are honest and fair. Other mechanics wanted to replace my transmission and Silverlake was able to repair it at a tenth of the cost.
