Post Falls Auto Repair

I'm very happy with the service I received at Silverlake Auto. I just moved to the area and had problems with my car. I took it to another shop twice and the problem wasn't fixed but was told I needed this, that and the other thing. After spending thousands of dollars to not fix the problem I found Silverlake and am glad I did. Eric and Nicci were great to work with and got me in right away. Thanks to Jake, my car runs better than when I bought it! I recommend Silverlake to anyone experiencing car trouble. Thank you!

A lot to be said about the type of people who run this business. Had an emergency and pulled off the highway due to a loud sound coming from the suspension of my wife's Subaru. Was immediately greeted and had someone go for a test drive with me to identify the problem. Without an appointment took the car in immediately and tightened a loose ball joint that had been rattling. He had me back on the road with in an hour of walking in the door and at NO CHARGE ! I mean I assumed to at least pay a fee for the inconvenient of taking their time to make sure my wife's car was in safe driving condition. They recommended I follow up with my shop that had previously done work on it to make sure there was no long term damage but had it needed repair I would have felt more than confident in taking my vehicle back to to Silverlake and will most certainly be recommending them in the future to others. Though they are in post falls and I live in Spokane they would be worth the trip to feel you can trust your automotive service providers. Confidence and trust in a repair shop is worth its weight in Oil. Thank you again and keep up the great service.
