We have taken multiple vehicles here over several years. We have found their work to be impeccable and they always stand behind what the service. The team of consultants always listen to you very carefully to make sure they are addressing your concerns. If there is a question about the the work to be done they always ask your opinion giving you multiple options without pressuring you to do more than you feel is necessary or more than you can afford. This is not the cheapest shop in town but it may be the most reliable and I guarantee that they have the best customer service in town.

We tried Silverlake Automotive in Post Falls with an oil change. It was super easy setting up an appointment with the friendly staff. Also, they printed out a list of items with estimate at the end of the service, which was nice because I could replace some items like the windshield wipers myself. The price was fair. The car is running great. I will trust them with more tricky repairs when that happens with our aging fleet!
