Extremely friendly professional staff. Timely service provided as requested at a reasonable price. Additionally, I have experienced Silverlake Auto in Post Falls to be honest and fair with their repairs/service. I recently had an issue with one of my vehicles that a shop could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged for unneeded repairs. However, this particular shop took care of the issue without any unnecessary “over billing”, or taking advantage of a customer. I will continue to use Silverlake Auto in PF for our families vehicles maintenance.

Love this mechanic shop! When I call they know me and my car right away. Every person there has always shown me respect, kindness and make it a point to get to know their customers. They get the servicing done in a great time frame whether waiting or dropping off. And I have always been impressed with the quality of work. I have been a customer for many years and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Highly recommend!

They did a terrific job getting my car in to fix the air conditioning. Had the car in and out in under two hours. Very professional staff, clean office and waiting area. Will now use Silverlake Automotive for all my car repair needs
