Service is excellent, rates are very fair. I was previously taking my Forester to the Subaru dealership and dealing with exorbitant charges for simple services, and 'attempts' to 'scare' me into needing expensive services that I was told was not needed with I took it elsewhere. I'm happy with Silverlake and would recommend them.
