Silverlake Automotive accepted an unknown task on a 2005 Subaru and they completed the task successfully! Two other firms had failed. Each time I called or walked in the door, they called me by my first name and said "how can I help you. Great service, and VERY nice people.

What a pleasant change, to have a service center tell me that they don’t want to put an expensive part in, until they know for sure that it’s what is needed. The team in Post Falls was ahead of the projected time and went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered.
